EGYM has been pioneering the connected gym floor for more than a decade, partnering with operators and other third-party integrations, to create a free-flowing training environment that places the member at the very centre of the experience. This enables gym operators to maintain relevance in a world that is becoming increasingly managed by the consumer from a device that sits in the palm of their hand.
Over the last decade, EGYM has been working with its network of global operators to develop an entire digital ecosystem that makes exercising smarter, more efficient, more effective and more measurable for everyone.
In 2021, we completed this mission with the launch of Fitness Hub, a gym floor centrepiece that enables touchless, self-serve, onboarding and performance tracking.
Fitness Hub seamlessly connects to EGYM’s in-club Smart Strength Series and Smart Flex, automating programming and progression, equipment set up and regular performance feedback. Training and performance data is collated and presented back to the member via EGYM Digital, accessible anytime from anywhere via a connected device, creating an environment that extends engagement beyond the walls of the physical training facility.
At Fibo 2022, EGYM launched its new Open Mode, to break down even more barriers and extended opportunities for individuals who need to apply highly bespoke exercise applications to utilise selected components of the EGYM Smart Strength Series without the pre-programmed guidance. This enables components of the EGYM Smart Strength Series to be built into free gym sessions, without the user having to complete the whole circuit.
Through its connected gym floor training and wider digital ecosystem, EGYM provides a solution to growing consumer demand for a highly personalised experience which is largely self-managed and based on real-time performance data that is accessible anytime, anywhere.
