England Squash & Racketball (ESR) has entered in to a three year partnership with squash court manufacturer ASB and its UK distributor Courtcraft.
The agreement will see ASB in conjunction with Courtcraft, supplying and building the all glass 'Show Court' to the Allam British Open Championships in the London Piazza, O2 Arena, 14-20 May 2012.
As part of the contract, ASB will also be the Official Court Partner to Birmingham?s World Masters 2012 in July.
ASB, formed in 1965 by Horst Babinsky, was an early pioneer of modular building construction and is regarded as an innovator in the development of the glass show court concept now used in international tournaments around the world. The company created the 'Z' Court with its maroon shading which was recently seen at the PSA World Series Finals at Queen's Club in January.
