COVID-19 has led us and our industry to pause, breathe and reset.
As spas prepare and begin to thoughtfully reopen, ISPA’s main priority continues to be providing resources that will help spa professionals tackle each new phase as the worldwide economic and health landscape evolves in the weeks and months ahead. In order to do that and allow our community to focus on their businesses, ISPA has worked with its event partners to move this year’s 30th annual ISPA Conference & Expo to May 10-12, 2021. The event will now take place at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. We can’t thank our partners at Gaylord, Marriott and the Phoenix Convention Center enough for their commitment to helping us make these changes as seamlessly as possible. Moving forward, the annual ISPA Conference & Expo will take place during the second quarter of the year instead of our historical September/October time period. Future dates and locations are currently being finalized and details will be released soon. As this is a sizable transition, we will continue to roll out additional information about registration, exhibiting and scheduling details in the weeks ahead at attendISPA.com.
We are taking this opportunity to pause and re-imagine everything involved with the ISPA Conference & Expo in order to ensure we provide the industry with what it truly needs.
Rest assured, we will remain #ISPAStrong through each and every development.
