* Achieve an understanding of the psychological issues that adolescents face and how it affects their ability to exercise
* Practical assessment and multiple choice theory paper
* Practical guidance on how to plan, structure and coordinate successful youth activity sessions
* Ideas and activities to engage fun and education in the gym environment
