The company’s reputation for quality construction by our highly skilled workforce, has enabled us to become a leading authority on sports surfaces and advisor to local authorities and educational establishments. We are also proud to have a very strong repeat customer base for private Tennis Courts.
Our approach is to provide quality sports surfaces built to last and are a founder member and Principal Contractor of SAPCA (Sports and Play Construction Association).

GRIMSHAW MAINTENANCE
We specialise in using our range of suction sweepers, high pressure steam cleaning machines and specialist ‘grime-busting’ equipment.
​
Litter, grime, grease, ubiquitous lumps of chewing gum, cracked paving, broken drain covers, damaged fencing or potholes need never be a problem again.
Our services include:
Sweeping, vacuuming and weed killing car parks and paved areas.
Pressure cleaning to remove grime, chewing gum, oil spills etc.
Maintenance and repair of drains, kerbs, manhole covers.
Installation, repair and cleaning of bollards, barriers and signs.
Line painting and car park design
General maintenance of estate roads, paths and drainage.
Full support services for major events, including litter clearance, temporary car parks, toilets, ditch digging and turf relaying.

The company origins actually go back to the 1930’s, but Grimshaws was incorporated as a limited company in 1947 and has earned a formidable reputation for quality within construction services.

Still in the same family ownership (2nd and 3rd generation), we pride ourselves in treating every project individually, underpinned by a highly skilled workforce. Based on our extensive experience we offer services from project design through to project completion.
