Escape Fitness and its partners have helped equip Jatomi Fitness as part of its growth plans.
Escape Fitness and Jatomi chose the equipment to appeal to every member; beginners and experienced users.
The result is an area kitted out with coloured and soft core bags, brightly coloured and coordinated dumbbells, bumper discs and plates to focus training on functional moments.
Escape SBX T600 dumbbells, with TÜV certification, were also installed.
In addition, Escape training partners, Ushomi, created unique education programmes through fun, fast functional training with bumper plates at the heart of it.
Courses were developed in line with Jatomi's aims and services to allow all members to take part.
All the programmes were designed to be progressive, allowing a beginner to develop to more advanced levels.
